Can someone recommend some good custom stock makers for grips & forends? Please include websites if you know them.

Higest quality wood for the buck... Bullberry is the best of the best.   Here's a couple of pictures of some of my Woodsmith wood, and the link to Fred's home page.

Moe - the barrel length is 12", and I designed the forend to be just short of full length.   Since I only lived 30 miles from Bullberry at the time(still only 2 hours away), hung out there often and run around with Fred, he hand fitted the grip "in person".   As for the wood... look, and drool pard... its a rare one.   Its the only piece of Screwbean Mesquite in exhibition grade that Fred has even seen - he took it out of his own private stash to build this set for me.   I chose Birdeye Maple for the caps, also "E" grade.    I have a custom predator call business, and can tell you that Screwbean Mesquite in any grade is very tough to get, especially with any size to it - carries a high price when it is.
