Best Forum Around and I Know Why
« on: July 09, 2007, 10:09:13 AM »

Has anyone of you folks out there ever run across anyone with more Handi and general gun knowledge and so willing and able to share,  than Quick. I have not.

A 'tip-o-the hat' to Tim.

Thanks Mc and burntmuch, but the credit should really go to everyone, I'm just on here so much(a real GBO Junkie!! ;D) and am able to glean all the info from others that share their experience, so the tip-of-the-hat needs to go to everyone here that makes the GBO NEF/H&R forum the best Handi site on the net and all thanks to Graybeard for making it possible!! ;)

I don't think cameras take years off, but clothing can make ya look older or youger, read fatter or thinner!! Both pics were taken in 2003. :'(

Tim I am absolutely amazed at how much these additional photos look like my B-I-L Gary. Ask Matt some time when you're talking to him if he agrees. You could almost pass for him. Well OK in looks but you're a MUCH nicer guy than him.  ;D That old avatar image of yours didn't show me that but each of the more recent photos both those when you were still had red hair (something I once had also) and those more current ones look so much like him it is uncanny.

Bill,

Well, that's nice to know that Gary is a good looking guy, even if he's not as nice(thanks ;)), maybe he's my doppleganger or evil twin!! :D

I used to have lots of hair on top of my head, but after I retired, I decided to save money on hair cuts and just cut it all off every 3-4 weeks myself, so it's always real short, and for a few days, I'll be bald as an onion!! 8) I spend the extra money on Handis and reloading!! ;)

OK Tim, here are 5 questions that a wife might ask her husband.  How would you answer?   ;D

The questions are:

1)  What are you thinking about?
2)  Do you love me?
3)  Do I look fat?
4)  Do you think she is prettier than me?
5)  What would you do if I died?

1)  What are you thinking about?

She asks me this whenever I don't respond quick enough to her conversation, my answer is usually something like "just wish I was at home on GBO" or "where would you like to go to dinner tonight honey, it's your turn to pick."

2)  Do you love me?

Same as second option on the first question!! ;D

3)  Do I look fat?

Oh look, there's a hummingbird at the feeder!! ::)

4)  Do you think she is prettier than me?

Same as #3. :D

5)  What would you do if I died?

I plan on going first, I have a 10yr head start on her, so I don't even think she'll ever ask that question. :-X

Hope this helps!! dadburned troublemaker!!

These answers have always worked for me...and most of the time your better off telling them what they want to hear than otherwise... :D :D :D

1) How much I love you...

2) Of course I do...

3) No...it's just that some cloths compliments your girlish figure more than others...

4) Absolutely not...No one is...of course Honey you know how biased about you I am...

5) I would spend my few remaining days pining over your untimely passing until I died....

Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that you needed help.  Just that Mac is SMOOTH!!

My answers usually get me in trouble.  We've been married for 17 great years, so usually knows I am kidding, on most of the answers.

1)  Getting back on the computer.

2)  I told you I loved you the day we got married!  If it changes, I'll let you know.

3)  Uuuuuummmm, NO!!!

4)  Absolutely not, you could be a model like her if you wanted to.

5)  Spread your ashes over the beaches of Jamaica where we honeymooned.
