pact scale gave up the ghost tonight
« on: July 15, 2007, 03:29:30 PM »
you think theyd make a product that can hold up to 15 years of being used everyday and survive the fire it was once in that partialy melted the case. Im sending the dispensor in for the speed upgrade too while im at it. Its a little crusty looking too. They say they have a no bs lifetime warantee. Lets see what they say when they see that setup. I had to bet theyve never got a rougher looking set back for repair!! Partaily melted covered in bullet lube and splatered with lead! They should get a good chuckle if nothing else.

Yeah, keep us updated for sure.  I'm one who gives customer service a high priority when spending my hard earned (HA!) cash.  I know RCBS and Dillon are top notch but I've had not that much experience with PACT.
