Overview of Regulations in Spanish and Hmong

Is page 53 the one dealing with property rights, postings, land owners, etc??



Now, I understand helping legal, law-abiding citizens enjoy hunting and fishing in WI. It only adds to our support and revenue.  However, this entire page underlies a bigger problem in our society. At what point do we draw the line and say enough is enough! Learn our language and assimilate like our ancestors did.  Keep your cultural differences and heritage and traditions, but at some point.....become an AMERICAN!

I dunno just what exactly page 53 says or translates out to. Hopefully it makes mention, to those who can understand it, that it might be a good idea to learn some english so as to comprehend the rest of the regulation booklet....which I may add is already confusing enough for us who can read english.

  I can't tell you how deeply this multi-lingual b.s. pisses me off.  No less than Teddy Roosevelt said we had no room for more than one language and that one languaage would be English.  I was in Wal-Mart a few months back and there were three Mexicans in line ahead of me, all speaking their native tongue.  Ahead of them was a young Mexican woman who was obviously ready to deliver another child as she was carrying this child very low. She was using a WIC card to buy cereal and milk, etc. for a child she already had and obviously could not afford.  As I said, she was ready to deliver another!!!  In the meantime all these young men in front of me wouldn't shut up and I got tired of it.  I told them that if they were going to be here, then they needed to speak English.  They all just stared at me, not in disbelief at what I had said but not knowing WHAT I said!!!  They obviously understood the body language and the volume with which I spoke but didn't even know what I'd said.  Bottom line: Speak English or go back where you came from.  I shouldn't have to "press 1 for English."
