Anyone have an idea of how to shine up a snapping turtle shell. Butchered a nice one yesterday and kept the shell intact. Fleshed it out pretty good and covered with Borax. But the shell has quite a bit of moss and the like on the outside. Wondering how to get it off without damaging the outer portion of the shell.
