Don Bower- anybody know how he's doing

Anybody heard from Don Bower lately? I read he was having a hard time with his Alzhiemers.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting this remarkable man.  I do, however, know that Alzheimers disease is a progressive, horrible thing.  I once marketed a medication for its treatment, and had the opportunity, sad though it was, to meet several people suffering from this condition.  We can pray for his loved ones, they need it.  Pray also for his comfort and peace.  :'(

I spoke with Don several months ago.  He is still hanging in there.  His long-time memory (things that happened a  long time ago are clear), but short-term is a toss up depending on the day.  I will be calling him in the next month.  I will try to remember to give you an update when i do.
