Hate crime laws are the purest form of reverse dicrimination.

Everyone in the country is automaticaly granted into "pre approved" victim status, with the exception of white male heterosexuals.

Never would have thought our elected dictatorship leftist liberals in Washington would come to dispise the white male so much.

What is to be gained out of this type of divisive legislation? Not a damned thing, except some sort of "payback" to those who resent white mans (non homosexual of course) percieved success's.

Maybe the liberals will even grant themselves and their policical beliefs into pre approved status as well.

  This "hate crime" stuff is the looney left trying to put someone in jail for what they are thinking..

..And since no one is able to accurately read minds..libs want to put people in jail for what the libs THINK people are thinking..

I'm still trying to figure out how murder, battery, assault or robbery is any worse when committed against someone of a different race or ethnic background.  Isn't the end result of the crime the same regardless of the victims race or ethnicity?     Is a Jew somehow deader if he is killed by a Protestant? 

There also seems to be a double standard... for instance if a group of white kids beat up a black kid in  a predominantly white neighborhood it is immediately deemed a hate crime, but if a group of black kids beat up a white boy in a black neighborhood he must have been asking for it.

Seems there must be at least some degree of hate in any murder, uhhhhhhhh, unless its killing a baby, then it's called birth control.  .
BRETT. Big difference here too. Black on white, little is said. White on black, there are several who come out of the woodwork. One, rev coleman, always playing the race card. A few months ago he raised a big stink, unnecessarily again, and the black community came out against him and called him an instigator on tv and pblic radio, he shut up. Never have found his church, probly the same one jesse and al have. Another is christopher 2X, yep, 2X. He has 5 kids by 3 or 4 different women, unmarried, supports none of them, doesn't work, but has plenty of time to lobby for the ever oppressed black community. He's a fancy dresser too. POWDERMAN.

Ted kennedy rates homosexual "rights", over legislation that entails harsh punishment of child molesting and mentaly twisted perverts in this country? WOW what a shock........

I'd be remiss if I didnt include the fact that Ted Kennedy has killed more people with his automobile, than I have or ever will with my guns, including my "assault" ones.
