Birthday celebration...

Celebrated my impending 40th birthday (Wednesday) with a 10 mile ruck march with a 45 pound rucks.  Completed in three hours with a 10 minute sock break at mid-point.  I'm happy that I could still hang with the 25 year olds...  I may not be able to run as fast or as far or look as good as they do BUT I
can still ruck with 'em...

Well, I for one am happy that you had a nice rucking birthday.  Good ruck in the future when you're rucking around.  I am curious though--did your main squeeze give you a nice birthday ruck to top off the day?  Actually, I don't give a ruck.
