Hogue Forearm for Remington 870?

Anyone use the Hogue rubber forearm on their Remington 870? 

I'm curious about the pro's and con's?

Well it came today.  I got a Hogue rubber forearm off of ebay for $20.00 including the shipping.  I'm really impressed with it.  I was having problems with the plastic synthetic forearm slipping out of my hand.  Problem solved.  This Hogue has a very secure feel wet or dry.  It makes shooting my 870 more fun!
