I got the scope today, it's not all that bad, eye relief is short, about 3", but that's fine for the 243 it's going on, everything seems to work fine, power ring turns smooth, not too tight or loose, turret adjustments are crisp, view is bright and clear, so far I'd say it's comparable to a Nikon Prostaff, although the Prostaff's eye relief isn't as critical, has a larger eye box which would make a big difference to most shooters. The Weaver style aluminum camo rings that come with it aren't the best tho, they use 8-32 threads on the ring cap screws that are phillips head with a cross slot, but they'll work!!
