You must be in the physical condition of an Olympic athlete what with all the exercise you get from "running" folks down & "jumping" to conclusions?
1. I/we were "researching" for these things on the public (COE) lands adjacent to BM's place long before we ever met him.
2. After his falling out with us, we secured access to the eastern portion of those (COE) lands from his neighbor who just happens to own the lands (~300+ acres) bordering BM's place to the east, south and northwest. The rest (~3,000 acres to the west) is COE land so you see, BM's 80 acres is simply a postage stamp in the middle of this area.
3. BM considers that his version of "trespassing" ergo, the threats however the Rogers county SO & Oklahoma OWDC said it wasn't. That's why even after throwing his hissy fit and showing his hiney (on the "road" in front of his turkey hunters) toward DG & me back in April of 2006 (opening day of turkey season when I called up DG's first eastern for him) he stomped off when I simply told him to use the cell phone in his hand to call LE and we'd settle things right then and there. I called his bluff and he knew his hand was simply a fistfull of caca cards. I do not fear him as he's simply a bully but not a stupid one, at least so far.
