ANY TIPS FROM THE PRO'S
«

Havent shot B/P long and was just wondering how you guys that shoot lubed bullets keep them from the wax getting messy when Hunting? I have always carried Sabots in quick loaders, but lubed bullets may get a little warm in the pockets when hunting?
Appreciate any tips. THANKS

Diddy,
If you are talking BP lubes, I keep bullets pre-lubed in a plastic tube that holds 3 or 4 of them nicely. Haven't had any problems with the lube melting off. Most rifle and Pistol lubes for smokeless have a much higher melting temp.
