Any experience with the Daly knock off?  They are probably where Kimber was at years ago when they starte producing thier knock off.

Just for the record I have owned Kimbers since the early days of manufacture. I also own on Charles Daly. While the Dalys are a workable 1911 clone in most instances, they are in no way comparable to any Kimber ever made! The Daly is at best a passable entry level pistol on the 1911 platform. FWIW my Daly functions fine. It's worth the $300 I paid for it. (SS Officer's Size)
