Email ,,,Outlook Express knocked out..?
« on: July 26, 2007, 10:14:03 AM »
First, I have a lot of sent, deleted and unread files in my outlook express, but it was working rather well.

Today I scanned a couple of documents into Microsoft Word. From there I emailed them to people and to myself. Then when I tried to open my Outlook Express after signing in and opening 'unread messages' I get a send or don't send error report.....if I click send or don't send the outlook express program shuts down.  So I can't get into it to start cleaning Outlook Express all out, even after deleting the original scanned in documents in word.

Oh-Oh....now I see when I go to system restore I get the same send don't send error report window. After clicking either send report or don't send the program shuts down.

What to do....??  Thanx all.

I don't have any experience with OE, I use a third party email client, but you may very well need to reinstall it to fix it.

Good luck,

Yes, sys res needs to be off when you do the scan so it doesn't restore the bug at the next boot.
