I was at the range shooting non-pp bullets - then changed to pp bullets. I first watered down the bore and wiped it dry. Then shot the first bullet, blew five times into the bore, and tried to load the second - it stopped just prior to the rim. I pulled it out and found that the pp was entering the bore but getting stuck prior to going all the way in. I thought about cleaning the bore for each shot, but I am lazy and decided to just tap the case into the bore. After five shots, I decided to use my trusty Cabella's multipurpose tool to cut the patch about 1/8" down from where it ended. The result was the same group as before, but 1" to the right of my prior group. I was using a chronograph and the velocity remained pretty much the same
