What To Buy
« on: July 31, 2007, 10:43:46 AM »
I'm coming into some cash. Don't need anything but...........

I have pump's/auto's:

AR-15 (old style no scope)
Mini-14 Ranch
Ruger 44 carbine (original)
7400 30-06
7400 .280 carbine
7600 35 Rem carbine
7600 .257 Roberts
7600 35 Whelen

I want pump/auto

BAR .338 Win Mag
750 35 Whelen carbine
7615 Ranch .223
AR-15 (newer style flattop)

Besides these I have three centerfire levers, two rimfire levers, and a 10-22. I don't want anymore lever's, no bolts and NO SINGLESHOT'S.

What do you all think?

Sounds reasonable.  Noticed .308's are missing from your collection.  Might want to add a 750 .308 carbine ... just in case you run short sometime.  ::)

Sounds like you need that BAR in .338 Win Mag!

Based on your list of what you currently have vs. what you want, it looks like you already have all the other bases covered.

BAR 338 win mag or 750 carbine .35 Whelen... I predict Remington will discontinue .35 Whelen in Rem 750 anytime soon.

I agree that's why I will go with the 750 carbine in 35 Whelen. MIKE.
