subsonic .223

I could really use some help. I need to find the load data for subsonic .223 rounds that would be stable with a 1-9" twist. Thanks.
My friends have always been there for me. They encourage me to make new mistakes instead of the same old ones.

See james calhoons gopher loads. With that 1/9 you may have to experiment since it is designed for 62 grain+ projectiles.
