... o.k. everyone, there has got to be a better way. now i'm not trying to embarrass anyone. when i was at Tim the catwhisperer's house, well it was a pure nightmare to see what he has to go through to post a picture. he admited that it took several hours to post a few pics. well i ain't going through that, just to post a pic or two.

CW taught you how to post pictures? I didn't kow you could post pictures from a Commodore 64 on  dialup...DARFC  ;D

O.k. Lance, I see a cannon belching smoke, did you post it all by yourself, or did someone fix it for you? Seriously it should only take a few minutes to post a picture, once you get the hang of it. Good Luck  Tracy  p.s. I'll work on my P.M. skills

Tracy[m223] since you have been good for helping with info, tell me what you think. see, the cannon pics from saturdays camp picnic, were the newest pics on the camera. it only takes me a few seconds to post a pic through kodak easy share.any other way i've tried takes minutes and alot of hair pulling.see i don't know what you guys see, the picture of the pitted Petersburg Dictator mortar all by it's self. i can double click on it and zoom it too, can you do that with the picture? what do you see? just a link? a small pic? big pic? what? i don't know. all i know is guest can't see them at all. but , i don't like going through another photo site, then the hair pulling starts. i need my kodak system, to joint e-mail pics of camp activities to all the camp members and the magazine. none of them have problems with my pics. so if you or other members can see the kodak easy share pics just fine, i think that's what i'll use on graybeard to post pics of CANNONS and MORTARS. let me know, thanks,Lance

Hey Lance, your cooking with gas now. both of the last pictures you posted show up as a 200 pixel wide by 150 pixel high image. just underneath of them is a green paper clip, next to that is the pictures file name and some parentheses with the actual photo size. For instance the dictator photo says 1280 x 960. If I double click the photo a window opens and I can see the picture better, or if I click the attachment paper clip windows picture viewer opens up and I can see the photo in its full glory I can even zoom in if I want. Congratulations Jump for joy, By Jove I think you got it. Now don't you feel better.  Tracy

well thank you Tracy, if you can do all that while logged in, that's great. i just won't worry too much about "guest" not being able to see a picture.i guess there are some out there that think all this is funny. all the pains i've went through, moving kodak pics from one photo hosting site to another, plus never could upload them where they looked decent, all so "guest" could see the pics too! and it only takes about 8 seconds to use kodak easy share, and the pics can be zoomed,by members. yes i feel better Tracy, thank you very much,Lance

No problem, I have enjoyed this very much, so much I almost choked on my chewing tobacco, I am almost sorry its over. Maybe you should start posting video too. I should talk, all I can do is post 540 pixel wide photos or links to larger ones, so your ahead of me at this point. As far as guests go, it would behoove them to become a member of this great big happy family, so as to reap its full benefits. Tracy

Matthew,Mark,Luke and John. are the real names of the real cannons at VMI Lexington, where Stonewall Jackson taught and is now buried, those are the guns he started out with. VMI or Virginia Military institute is very much in business today, they keep things clean. so i guess Intoodeep is the winner. i guess you "could " google to check up on me, thanks for playing.

They are 6-pdr. Bronze Cadet guns with the registry numbers of 86,87,88 & 89. Year of Mfg. is 1848.

So, what do I win?   :D  :D

P.S.- This games not fair when I'm 2000 miles away...... ;)
