If you're referring to snakeskinner's thread, that's a superlight, not a 243 that I'd recommend to many shooters, of all the Handi calibers and barrel contours, that's got to be one of the most trouble prone, but even it can be made to shoot, mine is acceptable accurate and it's only been to the range once!
The 30-30, 7mm-08, 270, 280 and 30-06 are probably the most consistently accurate of Handi calibers, but I wouldn't exclude any others except the 44mags, although current production 44mags have improved.
