No one has done it yet and reported on it, but it's been discussed, my gunsmith is apprehensive about it.

I think the 460 might have a bit too much pressure for the Handi.  It's (the 460) is rated to 65K PSI and with that large of a case head I doubt you'd have a rifle worth shooting after a few shots.

When S&W made the 460, the started with the same gun used for their 500. They quickly found out the backthrust was so great, it imprinted the firing pin bushing onto the back of the case.  They had to bake the pin bushing larger than the case head, and use a much harder material.

They had severe gas cutting issues with it on the back of the barrel and had to actually polish the minute machine marks off the back of the barrel to prevent them from "channeling" the gasses.

I'd suggest, if you want one really bad look into a TC Encore, I think they have a 460 barrel.
God, Family, and guns, in that order!

Even if the frame would handle the pressure, the underlug would eventually set back under that kind of pressure if you shoot full house loads in it all the time. Several 500 S&W barrels have been reported loose on the frames and returned to H&R for replacement, and it has 5kpsi less pressure at a SAAMI MAP of 60kpsi, the 460's max is 65kpsi. I have a used 500 S&W barrel that was loose on all of my late model frames, that's well over 20, so it was set back also, but I improved the underlug(see FAQs) and it's shooting very well now with full house 700gr loads. That technique may make the 460 doable on an SB2 frame, but TC does offer it in a 20" Katahdin Encore barrel, that would be a better choice.

S&W has a recall on some of their 460 revolvers too...seems they got some sub-standard barrels out of the custom shop no-less...http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0BQY/is_1_53/ai_n16866660
