i am looking at the 52's,82'sand maybe the 83's then looking into the newer ones like the 97 and 75 at least at this point
I went looking for my first 9mm pistol. I was looking at the used pistols and found an excellent looking unfired CZ85DB thats double action, with the safety lever and slide release on both sides in the plastic case, extra mag, loader and with papers for $299 without a mark on it.
My second CZ purchase was a CZ83 in 380acp, again i found a used one in excellent condition for $230 with the extra mag, case and paperwork too. Again without a mark on it.
Then i found a brand new CZ83 in 9mm mak which are rare. A customer purchased it and didn't like the polygonal barrel. There's no rifling. The dealer sent it back to CZ and they test fired it and said it was accurate. Then the customer traded in a brand new pistol. I come along and purchased it at a used price. So i got another brand new CZ83 again without a mark on it.
Then the ATF made the CZ82 in 9mm mak a C&R. WHOORAHHHH!!!!! Aim surplus offered the first batch as Very good condition for $199. My first one had a little holster wear but its my new carry gun anyway. The second batch came in unissued and it looks to be unissued without a mark on them. I paid the $10 hand pick fee for the first time too and its perfect. My little CZ collection is still growing...........You can't beat the quality of the CZ pistols plus there the choice of the russian special ops too. Of course i have to get a CZ75 next too.(soon)
Its funny here how many don't shoot there pistols and then they trade them in and there still brand new. I would look at the used pistols in your local shop and you maybe surprised.....All the CZ's (85's, 83's & 82's are double action on the first shot too. Lets not tell too many how good the CZ's are too lets keep it quiet.....so we can still find the deals on them....
