Reloading Sticky for the Handi Rifle in the FAQ

Hey,

Was just wondering about reloading for the Handi Rifle. I understand the practice of reloading rifle cartridges. What I would like addressed is the techniques for reloading the Handi Rifle. The sticky in the FAQ by Fred M. is a little over my head. I think a sticky on the basics of what to look for and how to approach the reloading for the Handi Rifle would help us out.
