357/9 mm cal Revolver
« on: August 10, 2007, 04:40:05 PM »
Do you guys know the revolver that takes all 9 mm and 357/38 rimmed and non rimmed cartridges????  I was very utilitarian looking. It was either a dark green or gray... I was looking for one for emergency in the woods and anywhere else being able to keep in my vehicle. So if  you guys know the name and any info for me that would be great..

Phillips & Rodgers' made the Medusa 12-15 years ago or so. It was an emergency type of gun that would shoot almost anything in the .355-.364 caliber range. I guess they didn't sell so hot, but I think they have one on Gunbroker in the $800-$850 range.

I wanna say that Gary Reeder had production rights to the Madusa design but maybe I'm thinking funny this morning.

I remember an olive drab .45/410 that came out about 12-13 years ago. Don't know who made it though. I do remember a magazine photo of someone shooting (at) clays with one, but they sure had to be throwing them babies mighty close!
