Dark spots in rangefinder

I've got new Elite 1500 rangefinder that has a few dark specks inside it. Other than that the rangefinder is great. Is it normal? The spots really make no difference in usability, I guess I just didn't expect it in a high end optic.

Sounds like a warranty issue. It should be clear without spots.
