2007 GCBRO Annual BBQ
by BigfootHunter (Bobby Hamilton)
Jim has asked me to change the date of the BBQ, due to the opening of deer season, being a little earlier than anticipated. And not knowing the amount of hunters who may be in and or around the woods is a big safety concern. So for the safety of our friends, we have changed the date for the GCBRO BBQ to a week earlier, than initially planned.
The new date for the BBQ is going to be Saturday October 20, 2007.
Most will come in on Friday the 19th. And we will all be leaving on Sunday the 21st.
Below is the Official Release for this event.
The Official 2007 GCBRO BBQ is scheduled for Saturday October 20, 2007.
We will be eating around 1:00 PM give or take a few minutes. It’s hard to put an exact time on properly prepared BBQ.
Anyway, here is the setup we are doing this year. Everybody who plans to attend, needs to reserve their place at the BBQ. “How do I reserve my spot?” you may be asking!
Okay, to reserve your spot, you first need to send me an e-mail addressed to; BBQ@GCBRO.COM
I will then send you the various methods you can use to submit your reservation fee.
The fee’s mentioned above for the BBQ are as follows;
GCBRO Members - $10 each for the meal.
Non-Members - $15 each for the meal. (This is for the BBQ only. Non-Members who want to spend the entire weekend need to be sure and read the additional information below)
The above price is for the BBQ only on the day of the event. However we do have people who are wanting to come spend the entire weekend with us at Monster Central.
Myself as well as Monster Hunter will be there beginning Friday October 19th, thru Sunday October 21th.
We are going to be revealing some of the latest information, as well as giving tours through Monster Central, so you can see where all this action has been taking place, as well as hear the real story about things, from the people who have experienced it first hand.
We will be giving field tips, and advice from actual findings and experience, that will also assist you in your own research. This is information that was gained from ACTUAL hands on field research, not something that was gained from reading a book or from a posting on some web site.
For those who want to spend the entire weekend at Monster Central and not just a few hours in the middle of the day, here is what Monster Hunter and myself have came up with on this.
GCBRO Members – Free for members, and you are not only welcomed, but you are encouraged to join us if at all possible, just let me know your plans when you send in your request for the information to make your reservation.
Non Members – Well, folks, I hate to say this, but we have had a lot of people in the past, come and use, as well as ABUSE our kind hospitality at no extra expense to themselves. And then use our information for themselves to appear as the all knowing Bigfoot Guru, and then turn around and slam us afterwards. So here’s the deal for Non-Members, if you want to spend the weekend at Monster Central, we are allowing it this year. However there will be a fee of $100 per person/couple. We set it at $100 per person, but if your spouse wants to join you, then it will be included in the price. This price will also include the BBQ Dinner that is set for Saturday afternoon.
Everybody will need to bring their camping gear ( or make reservations in nearby towns at one of the local motels) your research gear and any food or drinks that you may need for a weekend of camping. We are only supplying the BBQ meal for this event. Any other food or drinks are supplied by you the visitors to Monster Central.
Any evidence you find while at Monster Central is yours to keep. So be sure to bring, your cameras (still and video), sound recorders, plaster, night vision, and any other piece of field equipment you may use in your research. You never know what you will find or see while at Monster Central. This area has proven itself to be the hottest known location for Bigfoot activity. Others may scoff at this, but the fact remains, we have had more people have activity in this one area, than any other publicly known area.
Folks, this is a BBQ and a weekend Campout Gathering for those who want to attend. It is not the Hilton, or some other comfortable place to kick your feet up and relax. There is no running water, and no bathroom facilities. You will need to bring all your luxuries, that you may need. We have plenty of woods for those bathroom breaks. I would personally suggest one of those $20 portable toilets from Wal Mart to make it as comfortable as possible.
It is possible that even though this is later in October, the temperatures could still be pretty hot, and the nights could be fairly cool, so bring the proper clothing for both.
Also this is NOT a GCBRO Hunt.
There will be NO hunting during this event. If you want to sit out in some of the areas, that can be arranged, but it will not be with a loaded firearm, but instead a camera, and or recording equipment, for all of our visitors safety. We are not saying that you cannot bring a firearm. If you do, it will be left in your vehicle and not exposed for any of the children that may be attending, or others to have access.
We want everybody to have a safe and productive weekend, and enjoy their visit as much as possible.

Those wishing to attend the 2007 GCBRO Annual BBQ, needs to have their payments for their reservations made by the first of October. After this date, and for those who are thinking that they can just show up at the event and then make their payment at the event, they will be denied access to the event all together.
Alot of people are showing interest, yet very few have sent in their payment.
If you plan to attend this event, you MUST make your payment for your reservation no later than October 1st, to attend this event.
Thanks.

Guaranteed you will have a good time at the BBQ...last week my youngest was walking along the creek where a dozier had been making a fire lane...found a nice three toed Monster track he could have cast...now just think...had you been here you could have had a track of a three toed Monster to take home and show the family...
C'mon down or up depending on where you live...plenty of food and drink along with the camping and camp fire stories...might even see a Monster or at least hear one scream...
Hurry, Hurry, Hurry, get your tickets here!
Maybe, he'll let you do a "paid hunt" from his "luxury box" tower stand on Monster Central BF Safari Outdoors, Ltd. ?
