I just put this rifle on layaway and was wondering if anyone has one. The 10/22 is just to short for me. This will mostly be a bunny rifle. I am thing bout putting a red Dot on top, I can't see irons sights very well. Jess

I don't have a 795, but I have several Mod 60's which are mechanically similar. No complaints with the 60. There are many good reports on the 795 over at Rimfire Central from those who do have them.
Good luck and enjoy!

I have a 795 and like it a lot. Once I found that it liked Winchester Super X HP's, it has been very reliable and also very accurate. A good cleaning every 500 rounds or so has kept it running smooth.
