Can anyone recommend a good hard cast bullet for my .45 bisley that I can moderately fast, without leading, and at a fair price?

I haven't found any bad ones, and I've tried several national, local, and regional brands. Try and buy local if you can to save on shipping and to support a neighbor.

My experience in regards to leading is that commercially cast bullets are typically cast to correct diameter. The lube is adequate for the job, but not what some casting experts would call optimal. Given those assumptions, leading is more a function of the load and the barrel than the bullet.

For example, with 44 magnum 240 grain bullets, I've had no leading at velocities under about 900fps, horrendous leading at velocities between 900fps and 1100fps, and no leading from 1100fps through 1350fps. I also have a bullseye load that works great in two 45s but leads in a third 45, with the difference being that the barrel is a tighter match barrel.

If you're getting excessive leading, my first suspicion is that there's something wrong with the load.

I have come to realization that by the time I pay shipping and the price of the bullets, well lets just say I am taking the leap to cast my own boolits. I used to cast my own muzzle loading balls both .50 and .44, I know this will be a little bit harder, but I have been reading up and have a few friends who are helping be get started, so onward with the adventure. I have to admit it gives a certain amount of satisfaction being able to take game with a handload now it will be with a hand crafted boolit as well. Thanks guys.
