Yums new baits???
« on: June 07, 2003, 02:24:34 PM »
I was reading on another site (bassresourceguide) and someone posted about success using the new YUM baits and I went to another site (bassguide.com) the pro's down in louisana delta and found out that the new Yum baits have won 5 major tournamemts in the past 25 days it seems this new bait is taking the bass fishing industry by storm.  It sounds so great I just had to order some of Yum Garrnett Mega tubes, Yum Lizzards, Yum Dingers and Yum Wooly Hawg Tails.   It sounds like this new bait has put some pro's in the bucks in the early running of the tournaments and sounds pretty promising too.  You may want to give it a try.                                                               BigBill

Tom Mann (the one from Eufaula) once told me that his baits would catch fish, but were designed to attract fishermen. But , like all dedicated anglers, if the press is good and the product is marketed properly, we're gonna try the latest glittery whatever. Remember the "flying lure'?

This isn't the flying lure one of the pro's won $100,000 with this new bait already like I said it has won 5 tournaments in the past 25 days.

Don't firget what influenced the tube bait?? The flying lure!! But Yum has found a way to impregnate their plastics a new way with scent and it sounds like its working and a new hot bait for us for sure. I'm not that great with plastics but I ordered some anyway so if it works for me it will work for anyone for sure. And about that flying lure I bought some on clearance a year ago gave it to my son and first cast a 3lb bass its funny we were fishing a new spot were the misses feeds the ducks and she said something was eating the bread on the water so we went there fishing.  This little pond started out as a drain catch basin and just grew to maybe 100' wide and 150' long very small to hold this size bass awesome we just never know?
