Ruger Bisley broken grip @ Ruger service
« on: September 07, 2007, 03:04:50 PM »
Went shooting last weekend and one of the grips on my 357 Acusport Bisley broke at the pin.  Was shooting hot loads of Hornady 180 and a lot of 296.  I called Ruger service on Tuesday and new grips arrived today.  No questions asked.

Oh yah, the C.O.L. was 1.69 and loads were from a Speer manual and worked up slowly.

I disagree, That gun is a shooter!
I sent a Blackhawk back to Ruger and it was returned after being repaired plus it was much smoother with a better trigger! I am a firm believer in Ruger's repair shop.
I believe the turn around time was about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks
