Praying for rain in these parts is something that only sadists and power (electric) brokers do.  At times, those who have a religious bent, might pray for sunshine.  I find driving for sunshine more effective--like to Arizona in the winter.

no rain in my parts equals very bad deer season. it seems to have cooled down a great bit it got down to 59
