forgive me if I already said this..  been shooting all my life (back when it was OK to be in a High School Shooting team) :-\ .. found myself loading bolties one at a time so handi's seemed perfect. ;) ..
I'm thinking of putting a weaver Classic k4 or k6 scope on this handi. I am hooked on low rings so right now the only scope I have that fits is a cheap Tasco 4x32

There are lots of knowledge levels here. Like Tim said we all learn, someone comes up with a fix or trick and they share it here for everyone. Everyone is welcome to share their desires, experiences, opinions and ask questions. You will find there are lots of good people here. Some have strong opinions, but the discussions are generally civil. See the discussion on Limbsaver barrel de-resonators. Some hate them and do not think they will work, some think they help and are the way to go and some just do not like them even though they may do some good. Just opinions, in the end everyone will do what they think is best for them. It is a hot topic right now. I have seen some forums where members get real nasty with other members for the littlest things :( not here. ;D

Welcome aboard.  It is a good group of guys here and you'll enjoy your stay.

I can't believe how many other threads the Limbsaver barrel de-resonator has been mentioned on.  Oh well, it got the discussion group lively.

welcome aboard.  if it involves a handi and it can be done you will find it here. if it cant be done, Tim or Mac will find a way to change the laws of physics and make it happen. and after they make it happen they will tell the rest of us how to do it too.

Welcome! I have 2 Weaver K6's, excellent scopes. All I'll buy from now on are  2x7's or 6 power scopes. Like the size and weight and light gathering ability. For varmit shooting, I'll use higher power of course............

sorry, been gone a while.. glad to be here and YES the other forums seem to have hot-heads who argue about who's auto pistol can shoot through the thickest wall. ??? now that I'm old and gray, I just want to talk to people who can share information. we learn until we die.  :o // on that barrel de-resonater thing, I can't put one on.. kinda like a dress, no can do. my days as a machinist tell me they CAN be of some good but hey, gun gotta be pretty. :-*
