Anyone using the 6.8 spc?

I understand it was designed for use on the existing M-16 platform.  So if you were to get a bolt-action rifle re-barreled for 6.8 SPC would you want to rebarrel a .223 Rem sized bolt face action or a .308 Win sized bolt face action?

 You'll have to start out with a .223 sized bolt face and have it opened up to fit the 6.8spc, which is a good deal smaller than 308


 Right now I'm shooting a TC Encore in 6.8spc
