Mac I do appreciate you helping out in this get together. As of now we only have a handful of people that are interested. Lets just see how many sign up in the next couple weeks and go from there. Dale

Help out is the word Dale...not run the entire show...remember...? I'm working 12-16 hour shifts...and my deer season starts on the 10th of November thru the 1st of December with muzzle loader season in there...My free time is extremely limited...and the vast majority of it is going into scouting and preparation for it.....The best I can do is try to make a few phone calls now...This should have been settled long ago...since you suggested it in September...not wait till the last couple of weeks before it has to be presented.

Put a limit on it say 25 take that to the board get a date and a price and if we don't get 25 ya split the cost between the # we do get. Just a thought,but I just don't think you'll get any more than we got now with out a at least a date. Kurt

I would have to say that is a good idea. I think though maybe a figure of 50. I think 50 is a reasonable number after a date is set. I feel that after we have a date and state we could fill that pretty easy.        Dale

This brings up another thing. To get a good count you would need to sign up not just you but all others in your party that plan to shoot.  Dale

50 is pretty wishful thinking and would be great but if you use the PD shoot as a model for the last 3 yrs I would be surprised either way sound like we need a number to get a date. Kurt

I think I should tell you guys...I am taking myself out of this event here...I have had some things come up in my life that is going to keep me from participating in this event at this time...so...while it is a good idea for the get together...thru me...for this particular range...it isn't going to be able to happen...I am very sorry..but my life has gotten turned around completely this past week...and I don't know if I am even going to stay a member at this club...It has nothing to do with the club...they are some of the best folks I have the pleasure of knowing...but it is of a personal nature...so...I wish you luck with getting it together for the event...

Yes we are still looking for a place to hold this event. Anyone who has an idea as to were to hold this please step up. The way it looks as of now I would not hold my breath on this thing coming together. I though and still do think it is a great idea but it would appear the interest is not there. Dale
