what kind of base and scope rings i need to get for a CVA Stag Horn 209 Mag 50 cal.

Welcome aboard! ;) Durasight lists the DS100B as fitting all CVA inlines, they can be ordered direct from CVA or at online retailers, and at Cabelas. They accept any Weaver style ring.
