Glock lawsuits

There aren't any. If Glocks kabooming was a real or widespread problem it would be all in the news. The Ralph Naders would be all over it. Lawyers would be making suits on contengency left and right.  Millions of Glocks in use 24/7. No lawsuits. The same 5 problems keep coming to light over and over. Probably overstressed, many times reloaded, cases or tons of lead shot through Glock barrels.

While I continue to use my Glocks with total confidence, I would not make so broad a statement as to discount  the existance of litigation against Glock. I'd wager that someone, somewhere has a suit of some kind pending against Glock. Most likely frivolous. Let's face it when you can sue KFC for your obesity-----------well you get my drift.

If McDonald's can be sued for their coffee being hot...
I'm glad so far that suits have been generally lost by cities trying to sue handgun manufacturers for crimes commited while using them. Then they would have to sue car makers, knife makers, baseball bat makers etc. Just making something as potentially dangerous as a firearm is risking lawsuits in today's litigious society.
