Waiting for the BBT !!!!!

Waiting for the Big Brown Truck to bring my 45-70 Handi. I got the e-mail from Gunstocks Inc that my timber laminated straight grip stock and full mannlicher for-end shipped today . My level of excitement is rising. I have built custom rifles for over 25 years and can't remember when I had this much fun at such a reasonable price. I'm building these for my grandson someday.I'm up to 5 ( no where near Quick yet) and have plans for more. Can't wait to see the new offerings for 2008.
Tim thanks for the help my lock knob is on its way from Williams $11.45 total cost. It's going on the 45-70. ;D  ::)

a big hello to quick. fanner have you got any word on the buffalo draw yet? post back and let us know how that turns out for you. have fun building and shooting that 45-70!! i'm on the track of a winchester low wall action here that will turn into a 22 khornet. i'm not a total handi-holic yet! have fun and take care!!!

Hey Tim - 5 Handi's & 0(zero) grandchildren. Daughter 38 yo and son 24 just planing for the future with enough Handi's to go around.

BBT didn't bring it and search revealed not till Fri. Oh well I now have all the stuff to finish the .308 Stinger full mann. so all is not lost I'll be sandin and oilin for a few nights. I haven't built a wood rifle in 20 years I forgot what walnut dust smells like. Kinda sweet.

Tim - my wife knows there are a lot of guns in the shop she doesn't have any idea which ones are mine. Works great!!!

Mitchel - Apply this formula: Pregnant Wife < Kids + 22yrs + spouse > grand kids = NEW RIFLE OR SCATTER GUN. I hope this works for you. PS- get er done before college!!!!

Ozark - Drawing for Buff will be first week in Oct. won't here until about the middle of the month.

Its Fri and I hope the BBT brings presents today. I'll be in a trial but my clerks have been instructed to sign for anything that arrives.
