My dad and I

My dad and I got together yesterday afternoon and shot our BAR's. We shot at balloons that I stapled to trees at ranges from about 50 to 100 yards. The targets ranged in size from tennis ball to volley ball size. We went through 34 rounds of ammo and had a great time. I have a hard time getting my dad to shoot with me (he likes to hunt but isn't into shooting like I am), so yesterday we made memories that I'll carry with me for years. We both really like our BAR's, they're accurate, fun to shoot and reliable.

My dad is lucky enough to live around lots of prairie dogs, everyone there drive the pastures shooting from the truck. He's a lefty so I drive and we can both shoot- I just assumed it was legal to do this. Every time I'd turn, .22LR empties roll aound in the defroster vents. Sure has made a better shooter out of him. Definite good, memorable times.
