Is this a good deal....I think so..

Blued contender, Pachymeyer grips and forend.  3 blued barrles  45/410, 45/70(ported) and 30.30 with Leupold 2x on both the 45/70 and 30.30   cost $699.  stuff looks very well taken care of..  Should I risk getting the wife mad and buy it?

i say go for it. it is a good deal. if i were you id take it and run. the wife cant yell forever (though she will try).
