refinished my 12vlp stock

I was bored a while back so I stripped the finish on my 12vp, stained it a little darker and topped it with a high gloss polyurethane.  I think it turned out pretty good.

Looks lots better than a Savage!  Did you spray the finish?

Does anyone remember the scene from "Quigley Down Under" showing the aborigines lined up on the skyline as far as you could see?   That needs to be US!
