very interesting.  Like Quick said, keep going.  Maybe get the steel ones and have them brass plated!
God, Family, and guns, in that order!

They come in solid brass for about $3.00 more. Has anyone recieved one in person yet? How is the fit and finish? Has anyone installed the trigger unit yet?....<><....:)

tim if i send for some i would get the steel ones and caseharden them i would do a grip rail that looked lik the 1885 high wall leaver,i was given some gold leaf so did some more dresing up on my gun on the lettering it came out not to bad, the lettering could be a little deeper the pics dont show it up to well, and take a look at the buckhorn sight had it at the club and some guy and his son picked my gun up and ended up bending my left ear of the buckhorn down [i was p------]when i had a go at them for messing with my gun they told me [s--- happens] they where told to leave the club and never come back by the comitty members its the closest i have come in a lot of years of realy loosing my temper real bad, i have fixed it up as best i can had to re sight it in.
