Encore .308 loads?

Hi everyone, well I recently picked up a new SS 24" .308 bbl. for my SS Encore.
I would like to make up some loads for it in hopes to make it out the range shortly.
Here's what I have;  165gr Sierra Gameking bullets, Winchester brass, Winchester WLR primers and for powders; Varget, Benchmark, H-380, IMR 3031, IMR 4350.
I prefer the Varget as it works wonderfully in my Win. 88/.308.
Any hints to pass on? What works best in your Encore .308 barrel?

I have been using a mid range charge of RL15 and The bullets have been Corelokt 150 grain or Nosler Partition 150 grain with the same powder charge, Winchester brass and CCI primers with great accuracy results. No hunting experiences yet.
