AMB,
you're best bet for this, unless you can find someone locally who happens to have some, is to have them made.  The shipping charge for just one set of targets would be huge.  I took the drawings to a local metal shop, told them what would be the ideal metal to make them from, and they gave me a price.  I think you will get farther using this approach.

What would one expect to pay, ballpark, for a full set if made locally? I know it depends on lots of things but just looking an idea.
