I would be guessing that they didn't want anyone representing them that was dumb enough to plead guilty in the first place, if he was/was not guilty.

I have no idea what the specifics of Idaho law are, but in general an plea can only be withdrawn if not doing so would result in "manifest injustice".  He entered the plea of his own free will, and was told the terms of the arrangement.  I see no case for injustice.

He thought he could keep this thing below radar if he pled, once it got out his goals and story changed, but that doesn't change the law...

While I will never understand that kind of lifestyle I have a question.

This guy got arrested for making a pass at another guy? Never knew one could get arrested for that.

Now I understand if sex was being done in a public place but that didn't happen.

The offense took place in  Minnesota.
