Tip on listening to range commands during practice
« on: October 15, 2007, 05:40:12 AM »
My wife got an MP3 player. It has a feature where you can speak into an internal microphone and play back what you say. I tried using it to record bullseye range commands for sustained fire and found that it was very convenient for replaying the commands during practice.  The player we have is not the expensive iPod. It cost about $70.

The ear plugs that come with the player fit comfortably under ear muffs.

After giving it a try, I'd rather use the MP3 player than my Pact shooting timer for this purpose.
