Got a chance to get a 640KD barreled action for $53. Then all I would need is a stock and a magazine for it, would end up being about $120 total. Good deal or no?

If the 640 KD is the .22 Mag Chuckster, I would say that $120 total is a good deal.

I see them regularly priced in the $180 range for nicer examples.  If you can get a decent stock (walnut?) and the barrel/action is in good condition, you would have a nice rifle for small money.

$67 is not bad for an older Mossberg stock and clip.  Some of the older clips can cost that much alone, when you can find them.
