Hi All

Can anybody tell me which bullet company
makes 250gr .308 bullets.
I know Barnes used to make the original.

Woodliegh makes a 240gr 308 bullet.  Supposed to be a prettty good bullet too.

Isn't that a pretty heavy bullet for the caliber??  I shoot 250 gr. out of my 35 Whelen.

;) and that is the whole idea! Just think about the penetration of a 240gr / 250gr @ 2500 fps
out of a 300H&H for short range bushveld hunting. Less than 150 meters.

Long ! very long term project, but it will be worth it in the end.
