1970's Marble Arms Scope...Repair?

Hello-

My friend has a scope that his dad gave him many years ago.  It is a 1970's Marble Arms 3-9X32 scope that has always shot well, until now.  It will not hold a zero.  Does anyone have any suggestions on who may be able to inspect/repair it?  It is a very sentimental piece that he would like to continue to use.
