USFAMC .45 grip problems.

My USFAMC .45 Colt is just not pleasant to shoot.  The problem is that my fingers are FAT and my pinkie won't stay on the grip and that leads to a BUNCH of problems even with moderate loads.  Are there after market grips that's serve me better? ???
