Went to a gun show today and traded a rifle that I couldn't get to shoot no matter what I did for a stainless 4 3/4" New Vaquero in .45 Colt. I was pleasantly surprised at the trigger - not bad at all out of the box. Action is nice and smooth. It has checkered black plastic grips on it that I'm not thrilled about, but I guess they are practical. It's going to be a hip gun while coyote hunting this year. I'm hoping to shoot it today if the weather holds out.
