Saute' about a pound of choice Elk or Deer steak pices in olive oil till near done. Remove the meat from the pan and add equal parts of onion, bell pepper and your favorite mushroom. Cook the three parts till soft and add the meat peices back in and cook till the meat is done to your taste.
Place all parts in a rimmed (rimmed is important) pan. Cover everything with a good layer of mozzarella cheese then wait a minute for the heat of the pan to start the cheese melting. Finally add 1 to 2 ounces of brandy and light with a match the heat from the brandy will finish the cheese melting and provide a light works show to boot. You can melt the cheese in a warm oven if you don't like brandy.
This may be served as an entree or with tortillas mexican style.
